Good Food
Our country truly has been blessed with the abundance of food -- varieties of all kinds -- so many in fact that it's impossible to even try to eat all of the foods available to us.
With so many in the Third World Countries going hungry and literally starving to death, we should all be thankful that we have so much. I do realize that even in our country there are those who wonder where the next meal is coming from, but I would venture to say that here in this country there are ways and means to get enough food to fill ourselves.
We live in a subdivision with a fairly small yard, yet even with a lack of space we are able to keep a portion of the back yard set aside for a few garden items, like tomatoes, okra, squash and cucumbers. We used to have a 2 acre garden area that we grew tons of stuff -- for ourselves and to sell, but those days are gone, and I have to settle for my small little area.
Speaking of food, I believe awhile back I mentioned a honey site that my son in law has -- The Bee Ranch.com. What I didn't mention to you is the creamed honey that he has available. The creamed honey is pure honey that has been whipped for 25-30 minutes, natural flavoring added (or just left unflavored so it would be the original honey flavor), and then placed in the refrigerator for 10 days to 2 weeks to "cure". The creamed honey is designed to be used on toast, biscuits or pancakes and is DELICIOUS! I bought some of the chocolate creamed honey and it is the best thing since sliced bread!!! For all of you choco-holics out there - RUN, don't walk (or should I say fly?) to BeeRanch.com and order some of the chocolate creamed honey --- when you get it, fix up some toast with peanut butter and spread the chocolate honey on top! Best breakfast in the world!

While you're at the BeeRanch site, check out the great gift baskets that are available there. I bought a couple of them to give as gifts -- super price and what a practical gift to give someone! You may want to throw in one of those chocolate creamed honey containers along with the gift, or send the chocolate honey on to me and give the gift basket to your friend or co-worker!
