This is a day late Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

My husband had some outpatient surgery last Thursday (20th) and has had serious, unexpected complications from it, so we've mostly been back and forth to the hospital and doctor's office.  We're hoping that the worst is over, and perhaps he can now see some improvement.

Needless to say, we spent Thanksgiving Day at home, and asking children and friends to please stop by some other day when my husband would feel more like having company.

Please keep my husband in your prayers for complete (and quick) recovery.  WOW!  I believe children and husbands are the same when sick or under the weather!  End of story!
